Family stay, some concerns

The staff was friendly, they even brought us a jug of water when we asked. The room was well-cleaned and cozy enough for a good night’s sleep.

It was on the pricier side for what you get, but still acceptable.

We had a lovely time exploring Bournemouth, the beaches were beautiful! Our family enjoyed long walks by the coastline with our precious dog, and we even found some dog-friendly spots to relax. The room was spacious enough for all of us.

My kids wished for a more secure room setup for families.

The location is ideal, steps away from the beach and local shops, enhancing the overall experience. the room in the older section was cramped, with poor bathroom layout and insufficient amenities. Dining fell short as well. the menu was limited and the quality did not meet expectations. Evening entertainment varied greatly, with one performance being enjoyable while the next was disappointing.

The cinema room was a hit with my family, and we loved the pool and sauna facilities. Our family room was spacious too!

Had a fantastic time with friends! We loved exploring the stunning beaches and the beautiful Dorset countryside. The staff were cheerful and the location was great for getting around. Just a heads-up, parking has an extra fee, and the breakfast is continental. But overall, a solid place to enjoy a group getaway.

We had a bit of a hiccup when the cleaner entered our room unexpectedly. It was quite awkward and made us feel uncomfortable about privacy.

I loved lounging by the indoor pool and relaxing in the sauna after a day of exploring. The amenities are top-notch, and the food is fantastic, but I did notice that the fitness center could use a bit more equipment. I’d recommend this spot for a great getaway! 🌞

the new westcliff offers great leisure facilities and has a fantastic location close to the beach. the pool was a standout feature and was enjoyable to use. i appreciated the friendly staff who always made us feel welcome during our stay.

The only downside was that the bathroom could use some updates. It felt pretty cramped during our stay.

Just a good pick for a weekend respite in Bournemouth with outstanding value. The little pool and jacuzzi were nice touches for kids. Be sure to clarify breakfast details before adding it to your bill.

The pool, sauna, and cinema are fantastic perks! The spa experience really impressed us. We can't wait to come back!

Great spa getaway!

We had a lovely night with a spa package. The staff were super friendly and really made us feel welcome. Had some trouble with the shower faucet, though, it was pretty tricky to switch. The spa was the highlight, super relaxing! Loved the bar/lounge area too. For the price, the place was fine, but some things felt a bit dated.
